All of our products are tested to the highest standards by our tech experts and we are proud of the quality of devices we provide. The period of warranty differs and depends on what the partners on our marketplace offer. All our products have a minimum warranty with most offering up to 12 months.
If you have any issues with your device within the warranty period we will repair, replace or refund the device.
Our warranty excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used by the customer for example: physical damage, water damage, installation of non-manufacturer software and replacement of original parts
To lodge a warranty claim you must contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will authorise your claim. You must return the device within 7 days of the claim lodgment at your own cost.
If the device is found to be damaged in any way it will be returned to you without repair. This will be done at your expense.
